So there is no way you can have the access to the seller's account at members.vbulletin.com even I myself do not have. It's privacy and even when the license is transferred, vBulletin will have to creat you a new account and not giving you the existing seller's account. - I can not afford to transfer you the license first before getting payment with your current member's status. Like I said, the ticket is submitted and I really can not guarantee you that It would complete within today, I just said "normally it takes few hours to a day after the ticket is submitted" but it really depends on how fast the owner & vBulletin staff Replies to the ticket, I can not control that. It is still in processing and I hope you will receive an email from them shortly probably a few hours more I guess because at this time (office time) they have many staff working on Ticket Support. And by the way, you dont have to send them any emails to ask about the status of the transfer because if it really happens at the final step then you should receive an email. My duty is no more than a broker for your safety but one thing I can guarantee you is that if you don't get the license, you will not lose a Cent.
vB is in the USA and yesterday was a national holiday and traditionally most people take today off of work too.
and by the way, they have sent you an email. you should check your email now and reply to them thing like "I understand & agree and I would like to continue with the transfer" then they will creat you a new account with the license soon if you dont have an account with them yet.
I do have a question ... is the the full vbulletin publisher suite or a test or beta software, I would like to buy what is currently being sold at vbulletin, if my transaction works out with you Mr. JackPH you can rest assured that I will be back for more, I own 3 domain names and may be purchasing more. So far I like what I see with VBulletin Suite
