I do not want to upgrade to vb4 so as long as the license is transferable, we're good to go. I will need you to PM me the license number first, I'll contact the vb staff in order to make sure that the license is transferable before sealing the deal.
You should check your email now and reply to them that you understand & agree with their TOS, agreement & risks involve. Then they will send you an account at vBulletin including the license.
