    I am having vbulletin 4 classic license which I want to sell for 120$. PM me if interested. I will communicate further for the concern..

    vBulletin is not allowing license transfers currently unless your from the EU..... Then there is a $45 fee. Just FYI

    They have... For vB 3 & 4 licenses, the policy is back to what it was, at least for now...
