Peggy - it might be wrong - but its a legitimate and legal strategy. I personally dont like that it is, but it is..
Agreed Joey however we should add an important note : This strategy is only legitimate in US legal system. It is illegal and have very serious actions on many other countries including EU.
Its very easy to defend my views as I know full well what I am talking about. I just give up when people equally as opposed to wanting to see the truth refuse to concede they are wrong.
Maybe so -- but we're talking about the US law and courts, where the case is currently. I suspect your right about why IB agreed to let the UK case stall....
Yeah, it shows. You didn't even known employment contract are carried across to new owners, you talk :poop:
Please point out in any of my posts here where I have been wrong in my statements Go ahead, i'll give you some time to do it... Unless all you can muster is another reply like this yes?
Knowing law and practicing it are 2 different things. Unless you're an attorney you really can't comment as if you are one. I know for sure that I know more about IP law than you ever will. Have the degree to back that up too.
It might be easier to point out the ones where I think your correct... I'll list them for you below.. -EOF-
To bad this admin forum has no turned into yet another place to piss on each other over XF instead of a place to actually share and help each other create better sites Good bye..
Coming from you Joey thats rich. Good lord gtb... talk about wanting to prove my point? Please point out where I said the contracts dont transfer to the new owners? Please, go ahead....
Why is it all this people who say they're leaving, or delete my account. Only end up lurking around as guests, then posting again later? Funny!
Im waiting on AWS to delete my account. But feel free to answer my above question in the meantime. >> Please point out where I said the contracts dont transfer to the new owners? Please, go ahead....
There's no question to answer - because you've already proven your just a "WIKI" kid. Learn more: http://employment.fi...s-overview.html Should keep you quiet for a while reading, hopefully. :uhh:
In the US you probably do, my reading of US law has been things i've been interested in only. In the UK you don't even come close to me. The point being the arguements of employment and non-compete clearly fall into the UK juristiction and not the US.
there is a question, you quite clearly state. So please, point out where I state this at any point? Stop trying to duck the question.
I'm not ducking anything, and stop acting like your GOD and we MUST answer you. Already answered you anyway here: http://www.adminaddi..._500#entry70480
Ill highlight the important part you seem unable to read. Even if employment contracts were transfered over, they would still be binding by the juristiction in which they were originally signed. You can't unilaterally transfer them into a different juristicion (with different laws).
