I would like to do something similar for my site, but my members got used to multiple skins, so I just don't have the time or skill to make one for each skin. I just use the notices to display a holiday greeting graphic and sometimes I offer a seasonal skin for the holidays.

I didn't like it when i first viewed it but on a live site it looks nice. In otherwords, I agree with peggy in that it looks better on a live site. Nice job.
