Template or customized layout?

do you use template for making website or make customized layout for your webdesign clients? I would prefer to use customized layout for most of my clients.

 

I usually look through professional layouts when deciding what to do. This give me ideas on what I like and don't like. Based off those styling techniques I like, I build a unique design.

 

I make unique, "costomized" layouts usually. Or else I don't deserve the gift

we look through professional templates and how we want to take parts from each site and combine it into one so that its not like it was thrown together, but rather it was created with a passion and that it was something that we thought was going to work if we were customers coming to this site for the first time.

 

I don't usually use template layouts,,,I do create one for my own

yeah but i like to see what i want and then think about what i want to add to it...
