Subscription forums?

just wondered if someone could explain to me what subscribing to particular forums is all about? I've looked around for the answer but either I didn't look hard enough or it wasn't there

(am ready to concede that, as a rule, looking with your eyes open tends to work best, but hey, it's been a long day .... :tongue: )

 

From what I gather, it basicly takes that particular fourm and puts it on your customize section.

 

and then you get an email everytime someone posts in that thread. it's pretty annoying, really, and i recommend just turning it off.

 

yep...one of the more useless features of vbulletin

 

well, now I'm pleased I didn't expend any energy getting excited about it
