stopping spam bots

    what do you use or can use to stop spam bots from joining your forum?

    I've only just put moderated sign ups back on because the amount of spammers signing up is getting ridiculous.

    ^thats why remote hosts are fail :P.

    I just install the stopforumspam mod or make a few custom questions.

    I know what you mean, in my forum's prime on jcink we got about 3-6 spam bots per day.

    the spam bots I'm talking about join when you have lot's of activity.
