Do you think its right or wrong for a staff member to ignore a user or two on your community? What would you do if you found out that your staff members were doing this? Would you fire them? Or would you tell them to take the user off ignore? I know as an owner I sometimes run into users where I don't like, but I'll kill them with kindness and act like nothin is wrong between us - at least that's the way I see it, I don't think staff should ignore any user, and if that user breaks the rules, then ban them, why ignore them? How do you feel about this topic? Have you ever had to ignore a user? Or do you not do this? Do you support staff members that ignore users?
Would totally ruin the point of moderating wouldn't it? Doubt it would happen but wouldn't allow it if it did.
