    Yes, either leave it or just report it. It's just like getting spam emails. There's nothing you can do about them.

    I can't find anything on your profile, it's possible the spam cleaner may have deleted it when I one-click-banned the spammer

    just leave the conversation(s) of all the PMs you may have received that may contain them, and they will no longer appear for you. The user(s) were dealt with as soon as they were discovered, but unfortunately it won't delete sent PM's :(
