Nope, not familiar with mod_security. Thanks for the feedback though, if I ever have the same problem I can refer to this thread.
You can read more about mod_security at modsecurity.org. However, the rulesets that we use were custom developed in house so a stock ruleset may not go into such depth. Just bare that in mind.
