Nice site. Many sites that tell you the worth of your site ar inaccurate. I just bought a .co.cc domain and after 1 week they said it was worth around $100 and another one said it was worth $1,000, very inaccurate(wasn't even worth $10 ). This one looks to be quite accurate. Good luck with the site
The longer you had the site for the more it's worth. Even if it's just blank with a free domain as well. That is why many sites which tell you your site worth are inaccurate.
