Help!!! I'm using VB 4.1.0 on a Hostgator account. When a potential member tries to access my site they get the "Site under construction" message. The site is active in the options area and the permissions look OK. What am I doing wrong?? :shrug:
The only thing that comes to mind is that Hostgator has placed an index.html page in your www or public_html folder with the site under construction notice. If you have both an index.html and your forum index.php file in the folder, the server will use index.html. Check for this first as its the most likely of the problems, especially if you didn't supply the under construction notice.
