RIP but I cant remember him for the life of me My girlfriend was a little shocked as shes enjoyed that Dirty Dancing film and his other stuff.
She mentioned something to do with Ghosts which I think is a book and a film, the book being by Stephen King I think. Not sure though.
Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into viewers' hearts with "Dirty Dancing" and then broke them with "Ghost," died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.
Actually, it was pancreatic cancer, and he was 57. He starred in Ghost with Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg, and in Dirty Dancing with Jennifer Grey and Jerry Orbach (Law & Order). He was a good man and a good actor. R.I.P. Patrick Swayze. .
I heard about this as soon as TV Guide put it out, and was just 'wow'. Another excellent, talented individual taken from us this year. Very, very sad

Heart cancer? Where did you get that from? It was pancreatic cancer. After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, he lived a lot longer then most people. A buddy of mine, he died about 17 days after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Patrick Swayze is an icon that people can look up to. He will be missed.
LOVE that last dance, lol. This is one of my very favorite movies of his - along with Ghost. But I truly loved him in North and South, as well. A role that was completely "out of character" for him, but he pulled it off without a hitch. Very true. Michael Landon died of pancreatic cancer. He didn't live nearly as long as Patrick did.
