We had one at one point, but there was zero activity except for a few web developers. Wasn't enough interest to warrant keeping it as it's own forum. Right now, the most appropriate forum for such topics would probably be OS's and Apps. Feel free to post programming related questions there.
I would post in the Art/Graphic forum but I can imagine it wouldn't be that popular of a forum, especially because I would post in it.
I would love to see a programming section. However, I don't know that I could come up with new topics to help keep the forum flowing.
As much as I enjoy programming with C and C++ I find that making those forums active can become quite a hassel. Nontheless, it would be pretty nice to see one added(though you've stated about a past one failing).
eh.. I figured that there would be quite afew programmers at this forum, o well. I noticed that you guys don't have a webdesign forum, and I think that would probobly be quite popular. How about adding that? I think that would be quite popular, like a gfx showoff / gfx tutorial forum mabey...
