Some of my members are reporting that they can not rate threads because the forum software says they have already rated the thread - but they haven't. One of my members rarely if ever goes into the firearms section of my forum. She did today and tried to rate a thread. The forum came back with an error that she has already rated the thread. But she had not even been in that thread before. Is there a way to see who rated the thread? Or maybe a rating history I can see?
Interesting, I don't really use this feature and wanted to check it out in this thread. So when I clicked on the ratings button, it said I've already rated this thread. I have never rated a thread on AA. Is this something you can only do once...I mean since AK Worm rated the tread that is it?
Same for me... Edit: Umm, seems to be a 3.8.4 bug. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/project.php?issueid=28714
Thank you and that answers my question. Hopefully the developers at jelsoft will fix this problem in the next update to vbulletin.
Set it so they can change their votes... vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Allow Thread Rating Vote Changes Also if you allow guest posting they need to make sure they are logged in to rate threads or it can conflict with other guest ratings.
WFTW - Wayne For The Win, thank you. The solution at vbulletin.com was to change some coding, and I said "screw that", I'll wait for a fix.
