Do you have a private staff forum for your staff members to have private discussions? I do, and I find a private staff forum to be very important on any forum.
I have one myself, it's definitely a must on any forum. I feel staff should be able to discuss things among themselves so that if something needs done, they can get an opinion about it and such.
I agree to, its a must have for any forum. Staff are a very important part of any forum, and they should have the right to discuss things private with other staff members as it helps with management.
Yes, they are a must have (saves the trouble of always sending PMs to each other) but I feel it should always be at the bottom of the forum as your community is more important than your staff area, because it's hidden...
