PM help

    Hello,

    I have a Vbulletin forum which is 4.0.3. I have a problem in it. When a user receives PM he should also receive a PM. But I can't do it. So please help me

    So they should get a pm telling them they have a pm?

    I think he or she means that he is meant to get an email too perhaps? Sounds like a default reg option that needs setting to me.

    Yes. But He should get a email saying he got a PM. Sorry I meant it wrong there

    That's a setting you can set by default in the acp under options I think..
    Otherwise, he can set it manually in his ucp (i think)
