So essentially they're just stealing money?

So it's all just a marketing scheme? A hype with no end-results?

No end results really. I bought a package for Pisoga and Setsou Design, and we're still the same. On their stats it said that people were viewing us, but I checked my sites constantly and nothing. As I said, it's a scam. They just want money. Pretty idiotic too.

If you want to get traffic, do it your self and do not rely on these services. I "tried" them, but I knew they were a scam. Traffic is gained by one promoting and such. When Tom told me about trafficrank[forgot the name] I told him no. Later I tried it to confirm that I was right, it doesn't work, they showed me that I was right. =\

I have never bought paid posting and I do not want to do it either since I think its just a waste of money. An friend of my did it a couple of years ago and he got one of the poster to stick around but it wasn't any quality posts so you could just have post them yourself or created an new account and posted them.

Sure doesn't! I purchased one for Bird is the Word, I only received half of the visitors they promised.

    You can say so.

    Exactly that.

Ironically enough, TrafficRack just purchased one of our sidebar advertising slots. Don't fall for it! :giggle:

I was going to say earlier that I wasn't too pleased that you've actually accepted their offer after seeing that [some of] your users aren't happy with their service.

These scams often involve "paid to surf" schemes where the actual traffic provider just pays people to surf. The result - assuming you're lucky enough to find someone who is honest enough to give you any traffic at all - is extremely poor traffic sourced mostly by people who are simply desperate for cash.

Until you clicked the link and saw it brought you to this thread instead of their website.

THAT would have been HILARIOUS. I guess they aren't paying attention on what the content of this site has. xDDDD They are still scammers.

@Vekseid: I agree man, I agree. It's so frustrating though.
