Ok, installing mybb...

Alright, I am giving up on phpbb and trying mybb since everyone here seems to give it good reviews, only problem is my server, Bluehost, doesn't have it as a simple install so I am having to do it manually. Lets see how far I get.

He's right its not hard. Only pain in the arse is the themes.

 

Good choice, I would go with MyBB over phpBB anyday, mods are so much easier to install and overall it looks better.

 

Ok, time to give myself a high five! Got it installed! No issues..besides kids interrupting me for lunch.

Yeah I am figuring that out...I cant get the one I want, or any others, installed!

I'll be glad to install a theme plus 5 mods if you need. Here to help

Are you sure you're uploading the XML file? Other than that, it's just upload the images.

 

I'm wondering about changing, do you reckon MyBB is better then, overall?

 

MyBB is great, nice themes. Huge selection of mods. Best free forum software.
