actually i think it's *my* return that's scared everyone away. or rather, since i just returned a couple of hours ago, my absence caused people to stop coming because it just wasn't interesting anymore. so the mere fact that i'm around should induce people to start coming again.... right? spread the word! monsieurjohn is back!!

("back" being a relative term... i'll try to find time, but it hides itself very well around this campus )
