Thanks for joining and offering to help, I have a few thread with some updates on what's going on, I'm shooting to be public by the end of February

 

I'm off to bed in a minute but I'll spend some time reading through eveything tomorrow (I'm ill.. I have a crappy cold, i need lots of sympathy!!!!) But I imagine this will be a success - how can it not be

 

This place seems to be coming on so fast and well. Shame mine didn't work out this well lol.

we've been passing the cold around all season around my house
