Offering a vB license

Greets.

I got an extra vBulletin license, looking to start a forum with someone.
You will have to pay hosting and domain, since I'm broke atm.

I'm experienced with vB so I can handle a lot of it if you're new, just looking for a dedicated partner with a good idea. I've got a few ideas but I'd like to hear from others.
