It looks rather good so far, get yourself a better logo and a favicon and I think it will look much better! Also, the header looks like it needs a repair too.
I was about to review this, though it appears the forum is down. I hope the issue gets addressed soon. Give us a shout when it's back up and I'll give a review a go for you.
Yeah, looks like he is on 000craphost. He most likely got that shut down due to sending to many e-mails from that account. OR, he had a pirated copy of software... I spent days trying to transfer one board off of them. Ended up getting HostGator to do it for me for free and then I was able to transfer it to my current host - JustHost!
