New Board, New Skin

I'm starting up my next project today which is another forum with IP.Content on the domain root. I'm still designing the layout, but trying to pick out what skin I like the best. It's IP.Board and I have narrowed it down to these 2 I believe. Could I get some feedback which do you guys like better? Once you click the link you can click the image for a preview of what the board will look like.

Personally I prefer Cielo from those two.

I like the "velvet skin". WE just changed our IP skin too. It looks really good and the site has a lot of skins. Here is the one we did.

Of course it subjective, but I think the Cielo skins looks more promising. Something more serious, and professional to my eye.
