They're not the same. Neobux you click ads to MAKE money. Paypal is used to store money/online banking thing. You don't make money on Paypal via ads.

their pay per click amounts have gone down a lot, feel free to check it out if you like to sit on their site all day waiting for ads to pop up cos they won't pay you enough for 5 ads a day now as that's like now only 0.005 earned

I had always thought that the referrals would earn me a lot. They never did.... I wasted about $2 of the balance I had earned from clicking with rented referrals. I'm almost at minimum payout though!
