Board Message


Displays a Message to your members and guests. This is my first add-on so its very simple... I originally created it for my forum to display Important Messages and Updates, but I decided to release it since others might find it handy.

Works with Xenforo 1.00
Installation
Import the XML through your AdminCP
Edit the PAGE_CONTAINER Template

Find

Add Below

Now just set the options from your AdminCP.

Aw, this would be a neat addition if I was on Xenforo. Nice one. Although there is a similar addon for PHPBB if I remember right, as we do have something similar for small announcements or important messages.

XenForo comes with one It only appears when you have more than one theme.

Nice mod, simple but very effective as you don't always need a load of fancy options to create something good and useful.

 

Thanks Ashley, I'll be working on more mods in the future for xenforo... and im already working on my second theme.
