Webmaster/admin forums are a pretty crowded niche; what sets your forum out from the crowd? Also, if you can't afford licenses for legit forum scripts, I'd suggest you run with a free one for the time being. Nulled scripts are outdated, can be insecure and then there's the obvious legal troubles they can bring.
