Looking for mods/gmods with some experience, preferably with hip-hop forums/volatile member groups. vBulletin experience wanted too. Basically i need a decent global mod to enforce rules impartially, who's able to remain impartial and not involve themself in feuds with other members, as well as help settle them amicably. I also need some individual section mods to help things run smoothly (moderating threads, sorting battles, enforcing our "feedlink" rule) for our GFX section and our text/audio sections on our hip-hop board, and for the news/music talk section also. Decent hip-hop knowledge necessary, or at least diverse interests in the culture/music so they can provide interesting discussion, or bring new songs/artists to the table. Would appreciate links to where you've worked before. pretty specific request i know, but anyone interested let me know. thanks.
