Probably the XenForo site itself, Brogan has a lot of guided tagged as 'broguides' that are helpful. I'd probably start with figuring out the permission system, that seems to cause some consternation with new users.
It's a really easy system to use. Quite intuitive. I'd leave most settings as they are and just go through your options and make sure you understand what each does and why.
We switched from VB, and the learning curve was high. To replicate many features that VB has, you need to install many addons. We didn't find the XF site helpful, because we are newbies at this. I would like to find a site that breaks things down and is more newbie-friendly.
