IPB Forum and Domain

I am trying to sell my IPB forum and domain together, or just the IPB License alone. The license is owned and it is used for this site:

As you can see the site never really exploded but definitely can with a better and more dedicated administrator. I'm taking all offers. Just please post any hear and I'll answer all questions. Thank you.
