Probably full-time assistance. Sort-of like a permanent administrative position, managing technical assistance requests. Instead of paying per-service, it's probably a flat fee for a monthly rate or something. That's just my guess.

Hmm strange, my partner and I am seeing the page, are you getting a specific error? Basically our packages are built around the client - You let us know what you need and we come up with the goods. We can do everything to basic administration which can include forum configuration, member management, forum management (posts etc) moderation and advertising, or you can combine that with technical administration, where as part of the price, we, on request can install an unlimited number of mods/themes etc. If there are any upgrades during the time with our client, we will provide that free of charge too.
