Is it alright if I use this image in my sig, or is it not allowed? . If it isn't, can it ever be? lol
I can't remember for sure if it's an actual no-no, but it's definately frowned upon. If nothing else, I think the majority of us (me definately included) find them aesthetically offensive.
Since mth's not sure, I'll answer. Images are not allowed in sigs. It's not just frowned upon... the system is actually coded to prevent it. As for whether it will ever be, right now, I would say it's highly unlikely, but in life, one can never say never.
Heya, Sites with large sig images tend to look real ghetto after a short while... Very messy, cluttered, etc. They're okay on an occasional game site or graphic design site, but it just doesn't feel right here. So Alien Soup in it's 3 years has never allowed sig images. It's turned off. Think about adding 200k-400k per page in sig images as well and you'll understand the reluctance to go down that road. You can only use smilies in your signature.
