You misunderstand. When it says that HTML is disabled, it means that you cannot put HTML tags within your posts. Instead, you can use UBB code to alter the appearance of your posts. If HTML were disabled on your machine, you wouldn't be able to view 99% of the websites out there. . Now, as to your not being able to view smilies, that's another matter entirely, because the board shows HTML disabled for everyone, but I can view smilies just fine. ------------------ "It's always funny until someone gets hurt, and then it's just hilarious."

Can you see other images? If you right-click on the image holder (small box with small pic in corner) and select "Show Picture", does the smiley show up? ------------------ "It's always funny until someone gets hurt, and then it's just hilarious."
