Howdy all, My name is Shawn Gossman and I am new to the place I am happy to be a member here and hope to engage in some great discussions with you all. Some of you may know me, some of you may not. I have been doing the forum thing for over 10 years now. I run probably 30 forums haha and no, its not at all overwhelming to me :p I run one which you may of heard of called "AAF", but I don't want to break the rules or anything here so I will just say it as that :p I also run other forums and a lot of weather-related websites including the largest Illinois Skywarn forum online and the largest Storm Chasing social network online. Other than forums, I am an average 27 year old male and single with no kids. I live in a small rural city in southern Illinois. I am even the City Webmaster :o :p I am a laid back, easy to get along with country boy. I am a full time manager of a security department, a full time student getting a PhD in management in homeland security and emergency management and I also chase tornadoes and severe weather...really! I am a member of the Masonic Fraternity and a member of the National Rifle Association. That is my intro, hope it works :p Thanks for having me here!

Welcome to Admin Talk Shawn I need to look over our rules and adjust, I've seen this mentioned a few times lately and I have no problem with other "admin or webmaster owners" posting here. In my opinion there is enough room for everyone with quality websites We welcome everyone Anyways, enjoy the place and I'm looking forward to reading over your post.
