how much staff?

how many staff members do you employ on your forum or you believe should be employed on any forum.

 

i've only got 1 staff member really active the rest are just inactive

 

I have me and another admin who isn't very active..

 

I have a few.. they are on different timezones, and I have them for different reasons

 

hey should i start demoting mods most of them aren't active

 

three staff members so far. maybe it's too much for a small forum which only has ten members, but each of them has their own tasks and I need them. ^^
