I noticed the last "hi I'm new here" message posted, and figured I'd reciprocate! I'm KNSinatra (as you've most likely already gathered), and I'm the one who has been leaving inane responses to polls, questions, stories, here and there lately -- don't mind me, I just suppose I've had more than a little free time lately (for once!). I'm very impressed by the "soup" -- I'm actually here in the first place because I had the priviledge of meeting the wonderous man who calls himself "Alien" some 5 years ago in a parking lot in New York. Sounds sketchy, huh? I assure you, it was the least sketchy meeting-in-a-dark-parking-lot that two people could have, if you can try to fathom that one . Just wanted to say hi to all, and give a little explanation for the new menace wreaking havok at the soup. Hope to talk to you all soon!

    -KNS .

I'm glad you decided to join us!

It's good to know two nights bumping into each other on ICQ wasn't enough to scare you away!

BTW, she plays a mean game of "Superball" folks. .

(One of the odd things I do in a parking lot at 11pm at night).

I think if she bounced one hard enough, it would land on Zeta 2 Reticuli.

Al: Love your quotation -- my personal favoirite is still Burt Reynolds "I'll take Ape tit for $400" when choosing the subject "A Petit Dejunet" . hehehe

KNS> Thanks, I try to watch SNL whenever I can and hope that the guests do a take on the Jeopardy show. That and the "Ladies man" are my favorite sketches.

I think there's a SNL primetime special this week that's a clip show of all their game-show antics - keep your eyes peeled, probably around Tuesday.

My fave is still Connery with "I'll take Swords for $200, Alex" for the category "S-words".

Hello KNS! Did you see the SNL episode where Chris Farley was trying out for Chippendales? I totally lost it when I saw that the first time! .

One more post for the day can't hurt....right? I HAVE to say though, the best thing that Chris Farley ever did on Saturday Night live was a very overshadowed, underappreciated bit he did as part of a spoof commercial advertizing "using abbreviations to save time". Basically, everyone would just cut their words short to save time (making their speech totally incoherent...such is the genius of SNL), and the best part of it, was when Chris Farley, dressed up as a big kid says "heheheh, supercalifragilisticexpialiDOSH....hehehehe(Chris Farley little kid laughter) I'm going use all of my extra time to play Legos!"

Very Ralph Wiggumesque, I must say. .
