I actually had no reason for posting the topic like that other than.....well....can't think of any real reason lol.

Well, I'm Grizzly, I run 2 forums that I'm just starting up, one is a project that I started on before, but, scrapped SMF for MyBB (due to me falling in love with it lol). The other is a gray hat ethical hackers forum, also just starting. My communities have a small amount of members (Gray Hat Scene has 25 members, about 5-8 of which are actually semi-active, Planet Wide Forums has 3 active members, all staff lol).

I'm pretty new to forum administration/advertising of my forums/getting members to join lol.

I joined here hopefully to get help and share my experiences as a moderator for a few forums as well as my views on certain things.
