Anyone else use Hawk Host? I use them now and like them so far. I have no real complaints and will probably use them in the future with any hosting needs.
Yea its pretty good i can tell as it hosts FP, but im happy with my host Fatcow lol yea the name is funny
I used to use them, and To be honest, I don't see why people give them high ratings. Their support talked to me like I was new to using a computer ("Go to the blue thing on your desktop called 'Internet'), not a very fast site and I generally dislike them for thus reasons.
Haha thats funny lol. I generally heard good things about them, but everyone has a different experience. The way they were talking to you is disrespectful, they should have some professionalism.
Sounds like that guy was new to the internet haha, saying go to the blue thing. Maybe it was bring in someone that knows nothing about computers to work.
They do that to me to but they are only trying to help lol. I like Hawkhost the support is great, and so is the speed of the host I never experinced downtime with them so far and hope I never do.
EDIT: My first post here says im using fatcow, but since then we have moved to hawkhost, and the service is great.
LOL But,how does support know how big/small is your computer knowledge? I personaly,like that kind of support but I never used Hawk Host...
