love2rule is discussing the difference between using Google Affiliate and Google Adsense on your sites. He thinks Google affiliate is pretty bad and you'd rather want to use Adsense. I'm guessing that he thinks it because adsense's ads are profitable for a long time, while the former won't generate as much revenue. Though, Google affiliate has a whole different purpose then Adsense. Adsense lets you place ads that aren't meant to distract from your content while generating revenue while and affiliate system requires you to advertise products from a catalog. It's like trying to compare apples and oranges.
