I love Gmail. We have a special connection. In all seriousness, it's fantastic. I prefer to access my e-mail via a web-based interface and Gmail's simplistic appearance is quite attractive (to me). I've customized the color scheme to my liking and have also purchased additional storage. This was not necessary, but it signifies my passion for the service.
Haha, I just rechecked my usage: You are currently using 1225 MB (16%) of your 7375 MB. How much are you using, Chris?
I have gmail for a few newsletters but I check it with Windows Live Mail Desktop along with all my other email accounts. I never log into the website because I find it woefully inadequate to handle email on a regular basis. If I fed all my email accounts into it, I'd never find an email again. Though my local mail storage is approaching 35 GB and I have every non-spam email that I ever received going back to 2000.
I don't think I've got anything negative to say about gmail. I've used it since google allowed people to test it during the invite days and have used it since. I have a couple of gmail accounts that I use on a daily basis which shows my apreciation in ways that words cannot. I never liked msn free e-mail service, nor did I like yahoos. I find that gmail has kept out more spam than both services combined. their spam filter is great and I can't recall the last time i recived some letter offering me good ole nigerian viagra which wouldn't do me any benefits anyway.
