Basically, stolen from http://adminextra.com/forum/social-media/888-adx-blog-ring.html - premise is we each have a "friend's blogs" block on our blogs (like on mine, http://mikeylicio.us ) where we link to each others blogs. We can comment on each others blogs, follow the blogs, as well as having a link, and of course as each link is dofollow, it will help your social google juices (My blog is PR2/1 (fluctuates) for example, so a linkback from me, if you're PR0 will be beneficial, and I'm sure Brandon's blog is more than PR2 so his links will be helpful :p )
