Designed for what you wana code it for, I dont want to waste my time and code it, while you can get someone to code it for abit less of time and when I code I sometimes do mistakes.

 

no I meant some designers create designs that work best with certain CMS in mind such as wordpress or joomla

 

This would go great with joomla i reckon
