Hold up - they offered to host a vBulletin forum (of your own) for you, but then downgraded you to a super moderator position?
It just appears to be a bit suspicious. When one offers to host a forum for you, I'd think that you'd certainly receive administrative privileges.

Also, I'm quite sure that short of transferring the vBulletin license over into your ownership, this individual would need to remain as an administrator on this forum. Maybe Wayne could chime in on this.
