Yowch, that orange on purple... my eyes! My eyes! I'd need to see some credentials before I'd pay for their service; case studies of sites they've worked on, or at least a portfolio of their own sites.
That design is pretty horrendous, in my opinion - they'd have to improve upon that (greatly) before I'd even consider giving them a try.
No, I trust the moderation team and users to tell me what they would like from the forum. Also, I don't see any creds from them.
