So, I have a habit of periodically creating new signature images for forums. I haven't been active on a forum in a while, so I figured it was about time. When it was just about done with it, I realized this message board doesn't allow image signatures So, I finished it up anyways, and thought I'd share it in this thread. If anyone else has a creative side, Id like so see some of your work too.
Mine are pretty amateur haha. Most of my college work was to be admired though, wish i still had it . Shame I just can't get photoshop anymore. but here are a few of my past ones, done on fireworks i think one was done on gimp as well. I used a render from a website from this but the fonts are mine. I used to do sigs for people as well... *not my renders/ * Not my curly pattern. That's all i can find the now. Tbh my bebo skins were a lot better.
those are pretty nice as well I wonder how many graphic people we have around here? I know there is a mod that can be added to help with signature contest, that might be fun.
It's all Japanese (yes, the kanji come from Chinese characters, and they are mostly identical, but the text is Japanese). The block of text (which is read down from the top right) ??????????????????????????? (anata no kokoro ga kirei da kara nandemo kirei ni mierun da na) is actually translated in the overlayed English text "Because your heart is pure, everything you see is beautiful". The characters overlaying "Arathald", ????, pronounced "kazumori", are my Japanese name (It was given to me while I was in school in Japan by my Japanese friends) -- It's a translation of the meaning of my given name "Greg" -- ? (kazu) means "peace" or "peaceful", and ? (mori) means "guardian" or "protector". PS -- I like how 3 months after my original post, there was suddenly a string of replies all in one day :-)
