I never used tutorials until a couple of months ago [5], I wanted to learn to play with text.

A lot of those images are copyright protected. Do you happen to have permission from the original owner to reuse them?

Example - in the left 4 dead banner, the hand sticking up was taken from the left 4 dead CD cover.

The hand sticking up is the logo for left 4 dead. Reusing it might be an infringement on Valves left 4 dead copyright and trademark.

For those of you that do not know, Valve software is the company that made left 4 dead, half-life, counter-strike, team fortress 2, portal,,,,,, and a dozen other games.

 

Boss, I am 15 years old (well soon to be, anyway), Nei is 19 years old. She's legal, and I'm not. Which means if we dated and displayed affection for one another, I'd be jail bait.

 

Nei is certainly a girl! A hot one, too.

Images like this are being modified everyday. I am not claiming that the image was made by me, but modified for a website, and on the website it says that the images all belong to Valve but that they were modified for the website.

 

And, the guy she made it for stated it was fine. More or less, he isn't the owner, but I would hope he had permission.

Besides, Nei made those images from scratch...

I'd love to see you as one of the license winners for our contest to upgrade that forum of yours - I think you deserve it.
