Flash

anybody tried using flash to create static images, its very effective

 

I don't really use Flash, I prefer Photoshop. But you can still make great graphics on Flash.

 

for effects, i would definitely use photoshop

 

I never really use Flash.

 

most people tend to avoid it because it looks really complex but once you learn it you will soon start to realise the benefits
