Have you guys considered something where we can share our FaceBook and Twitter links? Something even added in the postbit like the IM icons would work. Maybe something like this...

Since I can't add more than 4 links in my sig line (at least for now), I'd like to share my FaceBook, Twitter and MySpace pages somehow. It would be great to continue to connect and network.

Thoughts?

I know that it's an important part to our community here on AA to allow us to get the word out and share/network as much as possible! It'll only make AA even stronger.

That appears to be for vBulletin 3.6 - we're using 3.8.

Savage, those postbit edits would work on 3.8 still, I believe.

The Facebook and Twitter ones have been implemented; I'll have to do the rest later. Enjoy these for now.

 

I put my account info in on both but only facebook is showing up.


Here's a concern for you.
The icons seem to be showing on the same line as the IM icons. If you have a member with several IM icons, if they don't wrap, they may distort the postbit.

 

Nick, will you be adding this into the profile options template?

I fixed the Twitter part; there was an extra conditional around it limiting its display.
