FaceBook (Groups vs Pages)

I'm starting a new project and was wondering if I should start a group or a page. I was hoping someone could point out the pro and cons of each.

You have many more option with a fan page.

One thing I know from experiance, once you hit around 3k users with a group, you can't message them all at once. Also with pages, you can add FBML tabs, that you can insert your own HTML.
